Return Policy
General Return Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund (not including shipping cost). Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Contact us to receive a return authorization number which must be clearly marked on the returned shipping box.
Non refundable items:
♦ Any book that has obvious signs of use
♦ Any CD, DVD, VHS, or software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap)
♦ Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for any reason
Exchanges:
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange if for the same item, contact use to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item, and request the new item during the Return Authorization process.
